May 2012 saw the first sitting of a new mediumship development circle in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
We sit in Liz's fully blacked-out converted garage. I sit as the medium with Liz as sitter and we are sometimes joined by other guest sitters.
We treat each sitting as an experiment with no expectations from us and ask our Spirit Team to work with us in the most efficient way to produce evidential mediumship to help us understand ourselves and the bigger picture.
Each sitting is recorded, I transcribe the recording verbatim and include in the final report of the transcript any additional unrecorded experiences that Liz and myself remembered from the sitting.
I publish these reports to give people the opportunity to read or listen to the communications and hopefully increase their own understandings.

Solo sit 24/12/2018
I had a Solo sit at home as Liz had a question about the communication last time we sat.
I did the opening prayer and asked... ‘Last time you said... There is nothing complicated in our world or in your world and all of life exists in a simple way... Could you explain this in more detail please’
After about two minutes I was controlled and the communication began...
‘Good evening, good evening... well once again we come through and we give you an answer to your question for we welcome questions, it gives us a starting focus, a starting point that we can build on. Your world is indeed a simple world, our world is also simple. Life is simple yet to you who are beginning to understand, beginning to unravel what for you are mysteries of life, you see it as a vast layout of endless pathways. For you are seeing it from your perspective, you are looking up, you are staring at the sky waiting for answers to come to you. What if you were the sky? What if you had all the answers within yourself? Try not to look on life as something larger than yourself. You have all that you need to live within yourself and you have all that everybody needs to live within yourself. Your physical world is a contrived illusion to help you to develop, to give you a focus while you develop. The physical world is not life, you are life, you are living that life as many opportunities to experience. That live has many opportunities to go it alone, to take a step out of living into one life. You are then unable to recognise your true self for that temporary life which you are able to build up experience, you are able to compare yourself with others, you are able to see the results of your state of consciousness working with others’
‘When we say life is simple, we see it as one life, one growing life, life with roots and life with branches, all one, one connected life that is able to branch out into physical realities, yet that tree of life is so simple. There is nothing complicated in the growth of a tree but from the perspective of one twig it would seem to be larger than life. A single moment in one day can contain many thoughts, a single thought can exist through many moments. Each thought comes from the roots of the tree yet the moments are a measure of movement as the tree sways from side to side, ever changing, ever growing, ever reaching out into more space, creating more life within itself as it expands’
‘You can live a complicated life or a simple life, that is your choice. Many choose to complicate their lives, they feel they have to complicate their lives for a life without complication is seen as an unproductive life and yet the simplest of lives can achieve so much more for in simplicity the mind is focused on that what is ahead, the mind is not focused on the complications that surround it, that stand by its side, that push it one way or the other. Remove those complications, allow your life to unfold naturally and stay alert, stay alert to all that is coming to you. Try not to miss any opportunities. Set your sights high, never look up, always look down on yourself to see how far you have grown, to see how far you can reach out. Try to touch that what is just out of reach’
‘When you live a simple life, you are with us. When you complicate your life, you are alone until you begin to see simplicity in all life. The part you play is a simple part. Accept simplicity, keep your mind focused on the highest level. Hold your head up high and walk with us. Take your time to live your life and bring back a simpler understanding of a greater reality. We will help for we to have had to understand ourselves. You are not alone, you are all taking a step out of your life into a larger reality. Allow your mind to accept change, do not hold yourself back. There are many ways to understand and the most productive way is to simplify your world and you will see our world’
‘Thank you, we will speak more on this subject but for now take a piece of our love, take it out into your world for it is a gift from our world and you can use it. Your world needs love, love that can be shared, love that can help to uncomplicate the minds of those who are lost, goodnight, may God bless and keep you all, thank you’
