May 2012 saw the first sitting of a new mediumship development circle in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
We sit in Liz's fully blacked-out converted garage. I sit as the medium with Liz as sitter and we are sometimes joined by other guest sitters.
We treat each sitting as an experiment with no expectations from us and ask our Spirit Team to work with us in the most efficient way to produce evidential mediumship to help us understand ourselves and the bigger picture.
Each sitting is recorded, I transcribe the recording verbatim and include in the final report of the transcript any additional unrecorded experiences that Liz and myself remembered from the sitting.
I publish these reports to give people the opportunity to read or listen to the communications and hopefully increase their own understandings.

268th Sitting 18/12/2018
We had the room setup as usual.
Liz did the opening prayer, turned out the light and put the music on...
After about five minutes I started to be controlled.
There were a few whispers then the communication began in my own voice...
‘Good evening, good evening...’
Liz... ‘Good evening and welcome friend’
‘Well now once again we join with you in your room, we wish to work with you and help with the development of this circle. It is of interest to us to help for we also learn as we come through. It is of benefit for both sides. As you develop so do we and together we can bring through words of encouragement for the human race. There are many who gather and are interested in the work that you do. We all play our part in the process of communication, communication from the world of spirit, from the outer world that is also a part of your world. We wish to help you to understand how your world works with our world. How you work with the part of you that is with us. There are many connections, many strands that connect us all and we work with love. It is the love that connects us and the more we work towards brightening the light within your world the stronger that connection will become. A sound will be heard throughout your world, vibrating throughout all that is perceived as physical, a welcoming sound, an uplifting sound. Everyone will hear this sound for it will be a part of them, it will be generated by them and through them. Your world is open to all possibilities, you see only one part of your world and yet there is so much more. We hope to bring to your world a realisation of the vastness that exists but you all have to play your part, you all have to work on yourselves, bring forward the love that exists within yourselves, create a brighter light that will illuminate your world and you will see far more, you will see so much more, you will feel so much more, you will understand so much more as that light illuminates the true world, the true physical world and illuminates the faces of those who dwell within your world. You will learn to share with one another. You will learn to think of others for you will see more satisfaction when you live your life for others and not merely for yourself. The world was created to allow interaction between units of consciousness, useful interaction, beneficial interaction, allowing those units of consciousness to shine, allowing those units of consciousness to use their full potential, helping one another, giving to one another, giving to your world. As your world becomes brighter more will be understood and the true purpose of your world will become fully available to you all’
Liz... ‘Is the world in real danger. There is a lot in the news at the moment about the climate warming and danger to civilisation from the buildup of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere’
‘Your world is not in danger, you are only seeing one small part of a greater reality, greater physical reality. You will not perceive that larger part until you all have grown up, have understood the power of the love within yourselves. Only then can the world open up for you, only then will you realise the futility of living a self-focused life, a greedy life, an unhappy life. Your world is reacting to you, to all of humanity. You are seeing the effects of the way you all think, the way you all see yourselves and the world that you live in. Change yourself and your world will change with you for the physical world is a reflection of yourselves. The only danger in your world is that danger you create for yourself, change the way you are and that danger will disappear’
Liz... ‘Thank you friend, shall I play some music for a bit?’
‘Yes, please replay your music for a while’

After about 40 minutes the communication started again...
‘Wisdom, wisdom, wisdom... There is always an element of doubt in all communication. You need to judge for yourself the quality of all communication. You cannot understand fully where that communication has come from but you can understand the quality of the words that are said, the quality of the meaning of that communication. Each time you listen to the words, try to understand the meaning behind those words and how that meaning affects how you think for yourself. We always try to explain in the simplest of ways for we do not wish to complicate something which is so simple. There is nothing complicated in your world and in our world. All of life exists in a simple way. Each individual form is a piece of a larger existence and can contribute to the growth of that larger existence but at the same time an individual is carving out for itself a new way of thinking, a new way of living. Each individual has a melody in the back of their mind constantly playing, constantly accompanying the life that is lead. That tune, that melody is the character, is an expression of the quality of consciousness within that character. As you all live together you all play a different tune, you all have a different melody in your mind yet you do your best to live with one another, to understand one another and as you grow each melody will become harmonious with one another. You will all share the same tune, you will all understand how you are all one consciousness, one growing consciousness looking for ways to develop, to enlarge, to spread out. Live your life with love in your heart, live your life with positivity and your tune will become a beautiful tune reflecting yourself. Each individual in a physical world has the same potential, the same power with themselves to grow, to evolve. We cannot help that evolution but we can offer our love and assistance when we are felt and we are recognised. Keep your mind open to all possibilities, allow us to enter your lives, walk by your side and share in all your achievements towards a brighter, more loving future and a more beautiful world, thank you, thank you my dear friend we have once again reached the end of our session. As always, we leave with you a piece of our love. Take that love, share it with all who you meet. They too can benefit.
