Sadly Dan had to work this week so it was just Liz and me in
the garage.
Last Thursday in the MSC, Clyde had suggested we get a
healing book for the garage and Liz had bought one which we placed on a table
in the far left corner. Both Liz and I put some names in it.
Liz sat against the far wall opposite the cabinet.
She opened at 8.30pm, turned out the lights and put the
music on.
After five minutes there were lip-smacking noises from the
cabinet.
Liz could see lots of blue shapes and whirling white energy
in the room.
The lip-smacking developed into a few voice noises and the
familiar ‘All of us here’
Liz asked if only having one sitter made a difference to the
energy and they said they were able to adjust energy to suit whatever number of
sitters in room…
Ten minutes later there was more lip-smacking followed by
various voices, some getting louder and excited. ‘hello
lady, hello lady…’
They appreciated the healing book in the room saying it
will enable them to focus the healing intent on the people in the book…
For the next 30 minutes things were quiet outside the
cabinet. Liz didn’t report seeing, hearing or feeling anything.
Inside the cabinet I began feeling tingly all over and
unable to move.
I felt tears running down my cheeks and my nose was running.
I could see lots of light shining through my closed eye
lids.
The next thing I remember was being on an orange/brown rock
with black strata running through it!!!
Then I woke up.
This happened about three times and each time I found myself
somewhere else but the only place I remember is the rock. I don’t know if I was
falling asleep and dreaming or being taken into a deeper trance???
I was surprised to find 30 minutes had past when I went
through the recording.
After all this, another communicator came through with a
long trance talk.
I think this was the same person who spoke to Dan in the
cupboard last week. Some of the phrases were similar and in both instances my
hands were held together with the fingers linked and my thumbs slowly twiddling.
‘We working on
bringing the link down, bringing the medium down. We have been able to take
down this evening so far a little at a time. Good progress for us this evening
to do this. We now are more brought forward and able to speak now. We can
answer questions or we can talk to you. We have a connection so we need more
observation. We see you. We see things in room. We can identify what is necessary
for us to get a perfect link to you. We see how your vibration affect what we
do in it so we can adjust accordingly for a better reception for you. It is a
long process but we each time become more familiar with the way the energy
works in here. A number of us are working on tuning the medium to this kind of
work. We all do a part of this. Each of us has a job where by we connect to the
energy of the medium and we are able to bring our energy into the medium’s
energy and by adjusting the vibration between two energies we will be able to
get a perfect link’
Liz… ‘How will you use
this energy ultimately, will you be able to manifest apports and actual
physical phenomena do you think?’
‘This is our goal to
bring physical mediumship into the room. Physical phenomena which you will be
able to feel, to see, to hear. We are working on vibrations to enable us to
materialize objects, parts or forms of ourselves. We will be walking among you
as we do now but in a more physical manifestation. This is our goal and this
will become achieved in future as we develop ourselves and develop you and all
of the circle’
Liz… ‘Are we able to
meet with you in our sleep, in dreams?’
‘There is a connection
already in place where by we are all able to meet each sitter, each circle
member when they sleep. We have built up a connection which enables us to stay
in touch with you all. Whether you remember what happens at these times is not necessary
for it will still help you and us by feedback from our situation. We can draw
closer when you sleep you become detached from the physical so you become
closer to us. We are able to engage in conversation with you but on a higher
level so this may not translate to your physical memory. You will not necessarily
remember but it will add to your knowledge, your growth, your growth towards
the love of your world. It will help and in time you may remember part of what
we have said to you in your sleep. So when you feel inspired in your daytime to
do these things, that could well be a suggestion or an agreement that was made
between yourself and ourselves at the times that you have slept’
Liz checked I was back after the last tune then she did the
closing prayer and sent out healing.

Polegate sit 12/09/2012
We had a sit with a difference on Wednesday evening as Dan came round to my house in Polegate for a sit in the 'Cupboard'.
This is the name given to my spare room where I meditate and sit for mediumship development.
Dan did sit for trance development with me a couple of years ago and things were going well until ‘physical life’ got in the way and we stopped. Recently Dan’s been taken out of it in the Mercury Light Circle so it was going to be interesting to see what happened in the Cupboard.
I’d blacked it out but decided to leave the red light on for my sit.
After the opening prayer I sat first while Dan observed.
Five minutes later I was making a few noises followed by the usual ‘All of us here’ and a few random words and noises.
Then another communicator came through with a lengthy trance talk saying how they enjoy the energy that’s built up in the cupboard and welcomed Dan saying they could work with his energy and he too would benefit when he sits in the hot seat. He said they come as a team all joined together combining their energies as one.
Dan said he could see a bright light on my chest as the communicator was speaking.
Then Tob, one of the Mercury Circle communicators, came through saying it was hard but would get easier as he gets used to speaking through me. The voice was unlike how I remember it through Joan but he did say it was just a small aspect of his personality coming through so it will be interesting to see how his voice and character develops.
Dan felt a tingling on his jaw.
More different voices followed before another communicator came through for a lengthy trance talk. After a bit of warming up he continued…
‘…it is unusual experience for me to speak in this way once again. I just took opportunity they allow me to come and just say words. I don’t know what I am supposed to talk about but they say it is a good way for me to practice just to come through like this and say a few words’
Dan… ‘yes, talking on the physical plane again, do you miss the physical plane?’
‘I can remember very little about my time, it was like a dream to me now. I have moved on to other realities, I have experienced other realities. I know now that physical reality was just a school for me to learn, to grow, to become more individualized, to experience other people, to mingle with other people and learn from them as they learned from me. You are now at this stage on your side and you should rejoice that you are able to be so free and able to mix with other people and animal life and to appreciate the beauty that is on your plane. Do not dwell on the negative side, just keep yourself positive. Enjoy each moment, each day, for every day there is beauty laid out before you if only you can recognize it. It will heighten the more you recognize the beauty. Each time you feel uplifted by the beauty on your side it will take you up. It will enable you to appreciate the next situation that you find yourself in and each situation builds on the previous situation until you find yourself growing and forgetting negative things that are bound to crop up but they will not affect you as you grow more towards the love of your world. Appreciate every day and you will not regret ever missing out on an opportunity when you have come over to our side once again. Thank you for listening I have enjoyed this moment. It has helped me as much as it has helped you and I shall return another time, thank you...’

As the last tune played I brought myself back. I had remained aware throughout and was aware of my arms moving most of the time and my head had been brought forward off the chair for some of the communicators...
Dan had been having trouble staying with it as the energy in the room was now very strong and thick. Dan’s jaw had been trembling and his lips felt fuzzy.
It was time for Dan to sit so we swapped places and re-started the music.
Dan had originally planned to sit in total black-out but decided instead to sit in very dim red light.
I could just about see him as he settled down in the hot seat.
The energy around him built up quickly and his head and upper body soon disappeared from my vision.
I could also see a few white wispy bits darting around between Dan and me.
Dan remained still throughout apart from his left hand which slowly moved up towards his face.
After about ten minutes there were a few breathing and lip smacking noises from Dan.
The noises got louder and I encouraged the communicator to speak.
After a struggle there were some understandable words…
‘I was quite a speaker on the earth plane… I enjoyed my drink… I paid the price of my earth life for the drink… I come to talk… My body failed to the alcohol, my heart was crushed, I ceased…’
Five minutes later another communicator came forward. It sounded like they were working on the throat. Lots of different voices were coming through…
‘I need to talk… so beautiful… I need to clear his mind first… I try to talk with you…’
As the communicator withdrew the energy around Dan disappeared and I could see him again.
Dan came back but he was still a bit out of it as his voice kept changing as he spoke!!!
The music was still playing and we let the last tune play before I did the closing prayer.
Dan had felt Joan with him throughout his sitting.
He didn’t remember much else about it. He had been in a black void where he felt he could move around without physically moving and enjoyed being there…
