297th Sitting 11/12/2019

We had the room setup as usual and didn’t use the Mind Mirror or Magnetometer.

Liz did the opening prayer at 7.50pm, turned out the light and put the music on.

I was in and out of sleep for about 50 minutes.

Liz had a tingling sensation over her hair.
She saw tiny sparks and moving light patterns in the room and had a sense of presences.

Liz turned down the music when she heard me starting to be controlled...

‘Good evening, good evening...’

Liz... ‘Good evening friend and welcome’

‘Once again we come in to your room to bring to you some form of information that will help you to grow. We in this the Mercury Circle, the Mercury Light Circle begin to make ourselves heard, begin to make ourselves fit in to your life, that complicated life that you build up for yourself, that you create for yourself. You give it meaning, you give it purpose for you are creating for yourself a world in which you live, a world in which you can develop your character, a world in which you can use all of that what resides inside of yourself to be expressed in this world. You are building up within yourself a form of recognition, a form of connection to the true you, the true vibration that gives you life. The Mercury Light Circle is an opportunity to develop strong links, strong connections with yourself and with the larger picture. You are creating a foundation on which to experiment, experiment with yourself, experiment with new ideas that you allow to come in to this circle, new ideas that will change the way you think, change to way you understand life, reality, all there is, for you are allowing your true self to develop, to blossom within you. The development of this circle depends on your willingness to learn, your willingness to ask questions to build up an understanding suited to you, suited to the way you are at this point in time. There is no advantage in moving further until you are ready, until you have developed within yourself a form of reception, a receptive foundation that will allow new ideas to settle, to become a part of you. Each time you sit you open yourself up to the energies of a larger world, open yourself up to information that can alter your life but you also add to that information in your own way, developing it into something which is understandable to you. Information on its own is unrecognised until it has been modified by yourself. You all have your own way of understanding information and you also have the ability to change. We are helping you to change, to become something new, something more beneficial to your world and as your world changes with you, you will see the effects of your understanding in a new world. There are many like you who also reach out to the words of spirit, the greater understanding that is available to everyone and we wish that understanding to become a part of your life. Use your intelligence to interpret that what you receive, do not accept all that you hear but allow yourself to be open to new ideas. You are turning on the tap, letting a slow drip become a constant stream for your world has always had that slow drip which has fed you all and the time is coming for that slow drip to become a stream, a stronger connection’

Liz... ‘Are you saying that the information which... I always thought information is pure like the truth that can’t be changed but as it is received by each individual that information is interpreted and seen differently, it becomes personalised. So the truth perceived through different individuals takes on a different picture, a different form. Is that what you were implying earlier?’

‘Yes, you have understood what we have said’

Liz... ‘So the same truth coming through the vehicle of different religions, different philosophic schools, it’s the same information stream that’s being picked up by many individuals but interpreted and pictured differently, idiosyncratically’ 

‘Each individual will put, will add to that information as they interpret that information. They have within themselves built up a picture, they are receiving a picture in that information and they will compare their picture with the new picture and modify it until it fits, until it fits their understanding up to that point but it could also bring new understanding, modified understanding and that picture they have for themselves will change as they themselves will change. As you are now in a physical world you have the ability to know all that there is to know but you are also held within that world and you are held within your self-created world that you have built up and that is what you use as your personal picture, your personal truth and it takes time for you to change that personal truth. There is nothing wrong with your personal truth, it is your state of being at that point in time’

Liz... ‘So it’s as if a radio receiver that is not very fine in its reception, that is missing out various frequencies or slightly distorting the true signal that is being sent as if that radio receiver can actually evolve and adapt and refine itself to receive the signal more truly’

‘Yes the radio receiver will modify as new information is brought to it. In a natural way it will find itself growing, changing, developing in order to receive that what seems alien to its own understanding at that point in time. You are all growing, you are all developing, you are all becoming more receptive to greater information but you work in your own way. You are all unique and yet you are all heading in one direction side by side taking different pathways which enriches life, makes life more interesting for life is to be enjoyed from whatever angle you come, in whatever pathway you tread and you all share your experiences with one another adding to your own experience giving you an interest in life, giving you something to work towards, keeping that motivating spirit within yourself alive. Life was never meant to be dull, was never meant to be boring, life is to be enjoyed for what it is, a wonderful experience, a wonderful opportunity to increase your understanding, to increase your knowledge, to open up new avenues within yourself’

Liz... ‘Why do some people incarnate from spirit and then lose connection completely with their true identity and live very boring, unfulfilled and unhappy lives?’

‘You all have free will to do what you choose and with that free will you will take yourselves into less attractive areas. You will take yourself into situations where you feel you are prevented from seeing all that there is to see. This is all part of your learning, part of your development. You all are where you are supposed to be at each point in time’

Liz... ‘You mean that somebody who leads a very dull and unfulfilled life has chosen to do that?’

‘The way that they see life is a reflection of their level of understanding, they have not chosen to live a dull uninteresting life but they have created a dull uninteresting life by the way that they react with life. It’s not until one experiences a dull uninteresting life that a realisation can come that there is so much more. It is for them a form of learning, they are beginning to see the possibilities that are available to them and in time they will begin to look up and see that what they have, that what is theirs, that what has always been theirs but has been unused’

Liz... ‘Yes, so would it be true to say that some people don’t use their free will fully?’

‘They don’t use their free will in a productive way. They have painted that picture for themselves, a dull picture for that is all they know at that point in time but they will recover, they will look up and see what is available to them. As you all live your lives you take yourselves to many situations and the result of those situations can sometimes cause you to stand still, to lose that spark of excitement, of exploration. You will look down and you will see only darkness’

Liz... ‘It can take quite a bit of courage I guess to break out of that pattern, to actually let go of the path of least resistance, the status quo, and strike out on a new path, it takes courage’

‘It takes courage to break out of a routine, of a repeatable routine. It can take many lives for you have created a pattern and you continue to repeat that pattern’

Liz... ’Yes because sometimes the dull and safe life, the predictable life feels easier and safer’

‘You have created a fear of living’

Liz... ‘A fear yes...’

‘But everything can improve, life is designed to grow and life will grow and you will grow with it. Time is not important for you have all the time in the world. Boredom is the worst experience but boredom will open your eyes, for it will impress upon your mind to look up and see greatness of your world. You cannot remain bored for too long for that what drives you forward will find its way out into your world, it will bring you new experiences on which to exercise your mind bringing your mind into tune with life, life to be enjoyed, life to be experienced in many ways. You will wake up to a new vibrant atmosphere, receptive to the love of others. You will feel that love on yourself and you will understand how love creates a better picture the stronger it is felt and the stronger it is given to others, thank you. Thank you my dear friend, we have once again reached the end of our session this evening. Please take from us a piece of our love, let it lighten up your mind, let it help you to understand all that there is in your grasp at this point in time. 296th Sitting 03/12/2019

We had the room setup as usual.

I did not use the Mind Mirror EEG but we did have the Magnetometer running.

Liz did the opening prayer at 7.35pm, turned out the light and put the music on.

I was in and out of sleep for about 50 minutes.

Liz felt changes in the energy of the room, she felt the presence of spirit.

As I started to be controlled Liz turned down the music...

‘Good evening, good evening...’

Liz... ‘Good evening and welcome friend’

‘Once again, we come into your room, we come in to give you some form of evidence, something which will help you to bring to your own understanding a higher form of understanding for you all need to work with yourself, work at understanding yourself. We can give you clues; we can give you something on which to start your personal investigation. For you are all experimenters, you are all part of an experiment and within that experiment there are those among you who wish to unravel the larger experiment which is physical life and within that physical life there is your own personal life, that what you have drawn up within you. You have created within you a unique understanding, a unique perspective from which you can begin to unravel the mysteries of life. Mediumship is a form of uncovering life’s mysteries and mediumship has been looked upon in many ways. There is little understanding in your world of mediumship and there is little interest in your world of mediumship but there is a growing interest coming from many directions. The scientific community generally regards mediumship as nothing of importance yet there are a few in the scientific world who have chosen to conduct experiments. In the past these experiments have been done with a physical materialistic mindset for the physical mediums of your past were examined, were experimented with but it was with physical mindsets. You saw the effects on your physical world but you were not trying to understand the cause of the effects. You were not looking at consciousness, the non-physical aspect of mediumship, that what lies beneath and within mediumship on many levels, many constantly changing levels. The physical world is seen as being on one level but when it is looked into, when it is unravelled there can be seen many levels of consciousness which support the effects of a physical world. There is now a growing understanding of consciousness, again from many different perspectives. Those who have themselves travelled into their own consciousness; they have seen for themselves the many levels that make up life. They have seen the reason why you live this physical life and they have been able to experiment within consciousness. You all possess the same capabilities when you decide to experiment with yourself for you are all a part of consciousness. The mind has never reached full development, the mind has accepted that what you feel, that what you see, that what you hear, that what you taste... all those physical experiences come together to form a belief, a belief which holds the mind into one dimension but you all have the capability to release yourself from that belief, you all have within yourself an urging to be released, to be free, to be stronger, to be able to do so much more. You all see the state of your physical world and a part of you wishes to help, wishes to reach out and heal the darkness within your world and you can all do this within your own consciousness and develop the ability to have an effect on all of life’

Liz... ‘Can I ask a question?’

‘Yes you may’

Liz... ‘Where is the full development of consciousness leading to?’

‘The physical world was created as a learning opportunity, a learning towards how to live life in its fullest capacity. You all hold yourselves to the physical world working with one another, living with one another, creating experience but as you grow you feel you are limited, you feel there is more and you will begin to understand how to experience more and how you are really all one, all part of one evolving consciousness. As you develop you see life for what it really is, you see how you can help one another and the effect of helping one another on the development of consciousness. You will stop seeing yourself as an individual and you will see yourself as part of something bigger, something more powerful’

Liz... ‘What is the end goal of consciousness if it’s evolving, what is it evolving into?’

‘There is no end goal. Consciousness will continue to evolve into something new...’

Liz... ‘So this is the experiment is it? Consciousness is an experiment’

‘The physical world was created as the experiment and consciousness has worked with that experiment and it has developed that experiment to encompass so much more, giving consciousness a boost, a step forward, a larger capacity to learn. Your physical world was created as a school and as you learn more that school increases its capacity, you add more to the experiences that gather throughout your world’

Liz... ‘It seems that the true meaning of life and consciousness and what it means to be alive is actually beyond our level of understanding at present’

‘As you grow so your level of understanding grows with you. You will see more clearly where you are heading and you will understand that life continues to grow, continues to find new opportunities within itself to learn, to develop, to create more love within the greater understanding of consciousness’

Liz... ‘But the question of why, why is ever present. Why should consciousness want to evolve, why are we here to learn, why is there no end to evolution?’

‘What would happen to consciousness if it did not evolve, if you all did not put in the effort to evolve yourselves and evolve the consciousness in which you are a part? If consciousness does not evolve it will begin to crumble, it will begin to lose its grip on life. Life is forever moving forward; life is dependent on consciousness to evolve. Life is the very part of you that responds to love and in responding to love you are beginning to understand yourself. We cannot put into physical words the effects of love on yourself and on life but we can tell you that without constant learning, without constant new experience, greater experience, life as you know it would cease to exist. There is a great connection with consciousness and what you perceive as a physical world. Both need work to develop. Buildings will crumble if you do not put work into them, if you do not attend to repairs, if you do not attend to the decoration within that building. Everything is decaying in the physical world if left alone, if left to devolve and with decay comes death’

Liz... ‘This is the physical world you are talking about but what about in the world of spirit?’

‘The world of spirit is a reflection of the physical world. We have to use the terminology of your world to reflect the greater understanding. Consciousness is not dissimilar to physical life for physical life is a creation of consciousness, a reflection of itself. You see the physical world as a separate world to the spiritual world yet they both are one, they both support each other. You live as much in the physical world as you do in the spiritual world and as you develop yourself you wake up within your world, you begin to understand the connection and you will see how one world helps the other. The physical world would not survive without the spiritual world but the spiritual world is able to continue without the physical world and yet the physical world was created to help the spiritual world to grow, to take a part of that spiritual world and accelerate its growth, to experience living a life cut off from the true meaning of life until that true meaning returns to the minds of all who live in the physical world and the physical world wakes up and becomes a part of the spiritual world once again. Your physical world is beginning to change, is beginning to feel the presence once again of the spiritual world within it. Many people can feel this, many people can see this. You do not need to travel to find the world of spirit, you merely need to adjust your way of thinking, take away the beliefs within your mind, begin to paint a new picture of your world. The spirit world is within you and you can feel it each day of your life, you can feel it trying to grow, trying to connect with each of your physical senses until you see your world as it truly is, a place of beauty, a place of growth, a place of development for you and for the larger world that supports you. Please take from us a piece of our love, let it open your eyes, let it free you from belief, let it open your mind to all possibilities within yourself and within your world.
