I had another solo sit this week sitting at
home in daylight conditions.
During the opening prayer I put out a
question asking is it necessary for my arms and legs to shake when I'm
controlled.
After about five minutes a communication
started...
'There is a good reason for the shaking of
the body... now... we can only explain the way it feels from our perspective,
for we have always worked in this way, we have always used the body to
manipulate the words, to bring forward the words in a physical way. There is a
certain time when the shaking will stop but for now we need to allow the body
to regenerate our energies. We can put forward words into the mouth, into the
mind, but the body needs to react, the body needs to take charge of the
operation. There is little we can do with a still, unmoving body. There is for
us a way to manipulate the human form in such a way that we can join the
vibration of physical life, physical reality. We have our own vibration which
we rely on yet you have in place a vibration that is far removed from the
spiritual vibration. Words are generated from our side by our thoughts, our
concentration of thoughts. We have a connection with you, that connection is
fragile at this time, we do not wish to break that link. For us to succeed we
need to allow the vibrations to exit via the body. We work mind to mind yet
your mind is very much immersed in physical life and your mind reacts with your
physical body. When we put words into your mind our vibration is felt and it
needs to be released so the shaking of the physical form is produced, letting
go of the excess energies that are brought into your world. There is no easier
way to explain this but we will as time goes on find new ways of relaxing the
physical form. You have chosen to take this path to deliver the words of spirit
and we will do our best to provide for you a strong link, a strong connection
feeding through your body. Do not be put off by the shaking, take it as a
reminder of the power that can be used, that can be transmitted. Each physical
medium will work in their own way, will react in their own way for the physical
world is a physical world, physical bodies, physical objects, physical senses.
They all play their part and we have to work with them'

'Presentation to a wider audience will be
achieved when the time is right, development is ongoing, a time is coming
closer. We have seen how your mediums of your world have worked, we have
observed the reactions of those who sit with trance mediums. We wish for the
words to come through in an understandable way for if the words are not
understandable there is little point in the work that you do. There are many
now who wish to learn in various ways about themselves, about your world and
about that what lies within themselves and beyond your world. Experiments are
being made, results are being spread, spread amongst many. There is much in
your world that has not been noticed by the majority but it is seeping through,
seeping onto the computer screens of many. Your world wide web is a wonderful
tool for those who wish to learn, for those with the intelligence to look at
all possibilities and not to accept one set of results. There are many in your
world working together, creating a larger picture and there are also those
searching for that picture, searching for that knowledge, searching for
answers. Never has there been so many inquiring minds in your world. Those who
do not accept the results of experiments and of circles working together, they will
find their own understanding within themselves. Nobody is pushed, everybody is
given a chance to find for themselves answers that resonate with their own
understanding. Nobody has got it completely right. Everybody is contributing to
one large picture, one unfolding picture that will be observed by many in your
world'
The communication finished and I felt the
control leave me.
After a few minutes I did a closing prayer
and sent out healing...
