We had the room setup as usual.
Liz did the opening prayer at 8.10pm,
turned out the light and put on the music...
I was drifting in and out of sleep for the
first half hour before I started to be controlled.
Liz turned down the music...
Liz... 'Welcome friend'
'Good evening, good evening'
Liz... 'Good evening friend'
'Time once again to come through... Time to
come and speak and see what we can bring through into your room, your
atmosphere, your physical atmosphere full of the delights of a physical life,
all the scenery, all the form that you find yourself a part of. It is a
creation that has gone through many changes throughout its life, throughout its
purposeful life for it was created for your experience. There is much to be
discovered within your world, there is much to be discovered within yourself.
You, yourself and your world evolve side by side. As you are introduced to new
situations in your world you will evolve for you will reach out and sample each
situation as it is presented to you. You will learn more, you will experience
more and you will evolve more. There is much... there is, there is a slice of
your life that has been experienced, one slice yet your life encompasses a
greater area, a greater volume for life is a representation of your ability to
live. There is much that you cannot understand about yourself and there is
pockets of life that occupy your world waiting to be discovered, waiting to be
unlocked when the time is right for you need to work on yourself before you can
discover more, before you can move on. Iron out the creases in your mind,
become compatible with yourself, do not fight yourself, relax in a pool of
confusion and the confusion will dissolve, the water will clear and you will
see clearly. Pretence has built up, you do not need to pretend for you are
fully immersed in your life, you have nothing to lose, nothing to be afraid of.
There is a power within you that will overcome all obstacles but first you must
unlock that power within yourself, let it join you in the journey of discovery,
use all your abilities before they fade, make use of all your capabilities for
you put them in place yourself, you knew you would need to use these
abilities...'
There was a change of voice. The communication
was coming and going and incoherent at times...
'Steven... Steven... Steven has always been
there, he has always helped and looked after you for that you will be... do not
rely on all that you can see, do not... Steven will come back and explain...
There is a voice to be developed and it will come through'
Liz... 'Yes, good'
'There is... there are... many voices will
come through, each will bring with it that spark of information that you
require, now, now let us continue... take all... stages of development are
important for each individual...'
Communication started to change again...
'Live all life in harmony and you will be
rewarded with a perfect tune within yourself and you will be rewarded with
sights of fantastic expression within yourself...'
'Hello, hello, hello lady... velvet
tune...'
The communication faded and Liz turned up
the music.
She saw a few shapes moving around the
room.
After 20 minutes another communication
started and Liz turned down the music...
It was incoherent at first and took a while
to settle in...
Liz... 'Welcome friend'
'...the door of opportunity to come
through... hello, hello, hello...'
Liz... 'Hello'
'...always it is a time of complete
saturation of thoughts into one another and then they can come through and expand
into a wider space, a wider atmosphere and they will touch the minds of those
who listen, those who understand, those who recognise the value of
communication in a time of change. Your world is taking steps forward in a
recognisable way for there is much happening, much developing within your
world, within the minds that inhabit your world for there is a greater
opportunity in place that will allow developing minds to come together, to
exchange ideas that will create a new understanding in your world. It will take
time for this understanding to reach the ears of many, of the masses. There is
much to be discarded, there is much that has built up in the minds of those who
hold your world in place. They have to understand that a time is coming to let
go of strongly held beliefs, a more simple explanation is ready, is waiting to
be understood at a level understandable to the masses, to the greater part of
your race. You are playing your part, you are helping with this new work, this
new understanding. Slowly you are opening up channels that will connect to
those who have the interest. It will spread, it will reach the minds of many.
Some will question, some will accept, but everybody is free to make what they
wish with new ideas, fresh ideas, simpler ideas, ideas that will release
confusion in your world. Do not accept all that comes to you, use your
intelligence, try to see the bigger picture that is slowly becoming visible but
use your intelligence to understand that bigger picture. There will be conflicting
ideas, look for the simplest of ideas devoid of confusion for there is no
confusion in truth. Truth in its simplest of forms can be understood by all.
Harmony within your world is the key to understanding. Disharmony creates
confusions, disharmony prevents simplicity. You must choose what to accept and
what to reject. No need for pretence, no need to pretend for life is real.
Imagination is a product of the one truth of life and imagination brings with
it creation. You will see how you all create in a harmonious world. Distortion
is a product of pretence. Stay true, stay simple, stay calm, use your
experience to move forward. Set yourself a goal each day to bring harmony into
your life and those who share your world. Take the discord out of your life... Thank
you, we now will withdraw. Take from us a piece of our love, spread it amongst
your world, lighten your world and look for the harmony and happiness in the
faces of those who you meet. Thank you my dear friend, may God bless and keep

I came back and then we sat quietly for a
few minutes.
Liz got music playing in her left ear, not
tuneful but just a variety of notes.
Earlier she had experienced one long note
in her ear when the communicator was saying '...a perfect tune within yourself'
The last communication felt different to me
and my eyes were held wide open throughout.
Liz did the closing prayer, sent out
healing and did our closing down exercise...
