274th Sitting 12/03/2019

We had the room setup as usual and this week did not use the Mind Mirror EEG as I still had a tickly cough.

Liz did the opening prayer at 7.50pm, turned out the light and put the music on.

I stayed awake and felt myself being controlled on and off but with no communication.
After about 45 minutes the communication began and Liz turned down the music...

‘Good evening, good evening...’

Liz... ‘Good evening and welcome friend’

‘Once again we come in to your room, once again we join with you in conversation, words brought forward in such a way that they will help you to better understand that what you truly are, that what you have become as you live this physical life in this physical world free from distraction, free from... free from the very... now there is always much to say, there is always much to bring forward and as we build up our connection we give to you words that will help in all that you do for this work is a work of love, a work that will benefit many in your world for many years to come for as you build up an archive of information, slowly developing week by week, as we step closer into your world. As the information builds up it can be seen by those who have the interest and as you read those words you begin to see a pattern emerging for each week we bring to you a piece of a puzzle, a piece that will connect to the other pieces bringing together an understandable picture for you to create within yourself. There is always subjects which need to be repeated, subjects that can be understood in many different ways. We try to keep our words simple; we try not to complicate that message that we have for you each week. There are many ways to explain that what you do not fully understand and we will continue to bring forward new ideas for you to think about, to give you something that will help you to live a better life in this physical world. As your mind expands, as your mind develops you need a guiding influence to help you better understand that what you are moving into. Your vision will be widened’

Liz... ‘I wonder friend, could you give your understand of why it is that some people incarnate into a very difficult environment, into a war zone or into an area where there is famine and where there is customs that are very antithetical to natural development, with harsh customs and manners like children that are born into the Isis setup where singing and dancing is forbidden and where there’s a lot of fighting and some people are born into very impoverished areas where they never are able to thrive and maybe die early. Can you tell me why there is this inequality somehow, that some people are so lucky to be born into a situation where there’s no starvation, where there are comforts, where they can learn, where they can grow, where they can develop and others are just born into a life of relative misery?’

‘You all live many lives, you all build up one life from many, many different experiences, many different lives. Your world is a place rich with opportunities, different opportunities. When you view your world from outside your world you see no benefit in an easy, comfortable life for you understand that you as consciousness are merely tuning in to the game of life, the game of physical life and that game has many levels, many levels that you can choose. Each level will provide a different set of opportunities for your consciousness to grow. Your consciousness does not recognise the pain and suffering as pain and suffering for your consciousness is merely playing that part and your consciousness knows it is playing that part but for you once immersed in physical matter, you have become temporarily cut off from your true self, that self that is playing you. You cannot grasp that concept whilst immersed in physical matter for you believe you, you believe yourself to be your physical body, you believe the physical environment that surrounds you to be real. Try to understand yourself as consciousness, evolving consciousness, consciousness looking for opportunities to grow. Look around you in your physical world, see how some people live lives free from worry, free from pain, free from suffering and see those who are born into situations, ugly situations, situations that provide them with a new set of choices for the physical world has restricted them, is holding them back, making it more difficult to see the love in your world but you have behind you your consciousness pushing you forward, pushing you through life. You can make a difference; you can change the environment in which you live for you all have the power to bring love into your world. As you do this you are increasing the vibration of your own consciousness and that of others’

Liz... ‘Thank you friend, shall I play some music for a bit?’

‘Yes, I think we’ll have some music for a while and we will return, thank you’

Liz turned up the music.

After ten minutes the communication returned and Liz turned down the music.

‘Your world is a perfect world that has developed alongside the consciousness of the human race for it is now a reflection of that state of consciousness giving each individual the opportunity to raise the level of their own consciousness. Your world was created as a place of peace and harmony. The human spirit was allowed to enter that world, to connect to that world and with the human consciousness came different levels of fear for the human consciousness was cut off from that what it knew, that what it understood. It felt alone, it felt distant, it struggled, struggled to stay alive. This created fears, allowed the human consciousness to form into different levels, some people would raise the quality of their consciousness whilst others would sink down. An uneven affect was reflected in your world, dark areas would evolve in the physical world whilst others would enjoy a peaceful life. This is all a reflection of the human spirit, human consciousness. It has developed perfectly for it has given that human consciousness a place to learn, a place to develop, a place to face up to the feeling of individuality. Those who find themselves in the darker areas of your world also feel more connected to their god for they are feeling the reaction of their own consciousness on themselves pushing them forward, giving them the encouragement they need to take steps, to take steps to bring light into their darkness. You are all living in this wonderful world, perfectly suited to each individual. Understand that each individual has been placed into an area most suited for them to take the next step, the evolution of their own consciousness. Look at yourself, look at your own life, try to understand how you have created your own life, understand how you are a reflection of the state of consciousness, your state of consciousness. You all work as one and yet you see yourselves as individuals. You all help each other and yet some of you feel helpless. Take each day as a gift from God, live your life spreading love, creating love, creating happiness in yourself and in others. There is nothing to worry about in your life and in the life of others. You are all in the correct place at the correct time. Look for the opportunities for they have been placed by yourself for you, thank you...’
