May 2012 saw the first sitting of a new mediumship development circle in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
We sit in Liz's fully blacked-out converted garage. I sit as the medium with Liz as sitter and we are sometimes joined by other guest sitters.
We treat each sitting as an experiment with no expectations from us and ask our Spirit Team to work with us in the most efficient way to produce evidential mediumship to help us understand ourselves and the bigger picture.
Each sitting is recorded, I transcribe the recording verbatim and include in the final report of the transcript any additional unrecorded experiences that Liz and myself remembered from the sitting.
I publish these reports to give people the opportunity to read or listen to the communications and hopefully increase their own understandings.

289th Sitting 17/09/2019
We had the room setup as usual and I was wired to the Mind Mirror EEG.
Liz did the opening prayer at 7.50pm, turned out the light and put the music on...
I drifted in and out of sleep for the next hour.
After about five minutes Liz was seeing white shapes in the room.
Then she sensed someone next to her.
Just before I was controlled Liz saw wispy blobs in the room.
When the communication began Liz turned down the music...
‘Good evening, good evening...’
Liz... ‘Good evening friend, welcome’
‘Once again, we come through to your room and we begin to develop, we begin to unravel the mysteries of the world, the mysteries of your world and that what lies beyond and that what lies within for there is so much to consider when faced with developing a true picture in your mind for you all seek to know that what is true yet you are beginning to understand, you are beginning to understand that a true picture is not necessarily what you need for you need to be able to produce for yourself a true picture. Nothing that is said to you can be accepted as the truth, you have to find the truth within yourself, we can only help you to do this. We can give you ideas, place ideas in your head that will enable you to see the truth within yourself. You all are connected and you all come from the same source and you all share that what the source understands, you have a fragment of that understanding within yourself. As you live your life you can teach yourself to connect to that fragment of understanding within yourself but first you have to learn how to love, how to live a loving life, a life free from negativity, a strong life, a powerful life, a life in which you are able to see through the negative situations in your world, a life where you can see the positivity in those negative situations and an understanding that all is positive. It is you who interprets each situation, the situation itself is given to you, is presented to you, you take that situation and you put meaning to that situation and by putting meaning to that situation you are creating that situation. If you put positive meaning you create a positive situation, you can see through that situation, you can see the positivity shining out. Feel that positivity within yourself reflect out to all situations. If everybody was able to do this then your world would be seen as it truly is, you will all see that truth within yourselves. You will let nothing blind you, you will let nothing distort that what you see and your life will become joyous and full of love. You all have much to learn and you are all beginning to develop and blossom. There is no end to your development, step by step you open your eyes. Each day presents new opportunities and you will learn to accept those opportunities, accept them as stepping stones to growth, to a clearer vision. There will be days when you take a step backwards but do not worry, allow yourself to develop in a natural way, in an honest way. You will make mistakes and you will learn from those mistakes and you will become stronger’
Liz... ‘Can I ask, when people want to understand and know the truth and develop their consciousness, experience these enriched and expanded states, is it wise to take psychedelics, mushrooms or drugs?’
‘The use of psychedelic drugs will give you a glimpse of what you can become but you need to have control, self-control of where you are going. The drugs take away your self-control. You as an individual have to make the choice to continue with the drug or to let the drug go. When you take a psychedelic drug you are taking away one part of your control of your own life, you are giving up that what was given to you. We can only say that the use of psychedelic drugs, if you are wise, you can learn from one experience but you need to repeat that experience on your own. You all have reached a certain state in your own development, you have your own experiences which have brought you to where you are and you can develop yourself to be able to widen those experiences beyond that what lies before you in a physical world. If you do this, if you develop this yourself you will understand the pathway to enhanced experiences. The use of drugs will give you those experiences but you will be missing the opportunity of knowing the pathway to those experiences. They will be useful experiences but at the same time they will lack that true understanding, that understanding of how you get to that experience. Treat the drug as a temporary experiment and leave it at that but do not rely on the drug. Once you have had the experience you can work at taking yourself into that experience on your own... Is this understandable?’
Liz... ‘Yes, it is’
‘There will be times when you will find yourself thrust into these experiences for no reason at all. You will become confused but you will also learn for you are all developing and as you develop you change, you become receptive to more, you are widening your range of experiences in a natural way, in an orderly way and you can trace back from that experience, you can see the pathway to that experience and you will benefit from that experience’
Liz... ‘So are you saying it’s better to allow the experiences to happen naturally?’
‘That is the better option for growth. Experience follows growth. Work on yourself, become a more positive loving being in your physical world and your world will open up for you. Work with one another for with one another you become so much more. You are all individual building blocks and as an individual building block you are restricted in that what you can make, that what you can create but combine yourself with others and you can create wonderful buildings. The building blocks of a wonderful building working together to create more. You see yourself as an individual but you are part of many. Share your life with others, help one another and see what you can create’
Pause...
‘Once again we have come to the end of our session. We give to you a piece of our love, share that love with others for they too are looking for the truth within themselves. You all have that urge within yourself to move forward to greater things, greater experiences. Do not hold yourself back, you have this wonderful opportunity whilst living in a physical world to explore, to explore yourself and explore your world. Take that love and shine it like a light into every dark corner of your world and see for yourself what you have created. Thank you my dear friend.
