Solo sit 08/07/2019

I had a solo sit at home.

I did an opening prayer and also asked a question...

‘Last time we sat you talked about a guiding force behind us and a motivating force within us. You also talked about our true self and said that we are being guided by ourselves. Is the guiding force, the motivating force and our true self the same thing? Can you explain a bit more about this please?’

I felt myself starting to be controlled during the opening prayer and the communication soon started...

‘Good evening, good evening... Once again we join with you to give you some form of answer to your question and we appreciate your asking us this for it will give us a chance to help you to better understand, better understand yourself and that what you are connected with for there is very little difference between yourself and your true self. You are a part of your true self but your true self is expressing its self through you as a part of that true self. As you grow, as you become more aware you will begin to feel closer to your true self. You as an individual are living a life in a physical world somewhat closed off from that true self yet at the same time it is that true self that is working through you, that is working through the physical life that you experience. You as an individual are making decisions, are making choices with a part of that true self. As you live your physical life you are starting afresh and you are building up a character that is unique to your individuality, your true self is working with you but is no part of that character. That character is unique to the life you live, the physical life you live and that character will fade when the physical body dies. Your true self is responsible for how that character develops and the physical world is also responsible for how that character develops. Each physical life will see you exposed to different influences and a new character will grow but as you yourself grows so that true self also grows and you as a physical character and your true self become closer, your ability to recognise your true self is enhanced’

‘The motivating force that guides you has a deeper connection to the source, to consciousness, to all of consciousness. The motivating force is also a guiding force. A motivating force is also love. Consciousness is full of love and that love flows through you. Love is a guiding force in a world of fear. Love is a motivating force that you can feel each time you make a choice. We urge you to allow that feeling to fill your heart for as you grow you will become more receptive to that feeling, that feeling of love, that feeling of motivation, that guiding force. There are times when your mind will be far away from the influences of the love that guides you, the love that motivates you. You will be trapped in fearful situations, you will feel alone, you will feel a singularity in a physical world, you will not feel the love yet all situations in time dissolve and resolve themselves, you merely play one part and your job is to do your best in each situation. Eventually you will feel the return of that guiding, loving, motivating force which is as much a part of you as is your true self, there is no separation. Consciousness is all engulfing; consciousness is growing like the branches of a tree reaching out. See yourself at the end of a single branch knowing that you are a part of that tree right down to the roots in the earth. All is one, all is love, each spark of life has all the help that it needs if only it will listen, if only it will feel, if only it will stop and allow the help that is offered to it to penetrate, to engulf.
