37th Sitting 18/02/2013

Dan was back with us this week and both he and Liz sat up the far end of the room while I sat in the closed cabinet.

We had decided to use the red light again after the forth tune.

I was feeling quite light headed and giddy again just before sitting but my stomach felt fine this week.

Liz opened in prayer at 8.30pm, turned on the music and put the red light out.

Liz noticed a few blue shapes like human silhouettes that were upright at first then changed their angle becoming slanted.

Dan didn’t see them.

After 20 minutes there were voice noises from the cabinet including…

‘All here… All here in love… Only come in love…’

Liz was getting cool breezes over her face.

Another communicator came through…

‘As always we would like red light after this song…’

Liz put the red light on.

After about two minutes Liz and Dan both reported seeing dim lights moving around in front of the cabinet.

Liz was aware of a kind of ‘S’ shape on the cabinet curtains and she got the impression of something jumping out of the cabinet into the room.

She also saw balls of light coming out of the cabinet towards her.

After about ten minutes of red light a communication came from the cabinet…

‘Time now to turn off the light thank you… Increase your music please’

Things were quiet and dark in the room for the next 30 minutes.

In the cabinet I was feeling a lot of stuff around my face and ears.

Despite having my eyes closed I was aware of a lot of colour and light in the cabinet.

I didn’t drift off at all this week remaining aware.

More voice noises from the cabinet…

‘Dear friends, thank you for patience, we working on energy around medium in cabinet. Next week we will ask you to open the cabinet with the red light on and we will see what we can achieve in this way. You will need to sit closer to cabinet next week and use the cords for the opening. So it will be a new experiment for us to do…’

Dan… ‘Very good, look forward to that’

I came back after the last communicator withdrew.

Liz asked the team to start drawing back as the last two tunes were playing.

When the music finished she checked that I was back okay and that Dan was feeling all right.

Liz turned the red light on dimly and gave the closing prayer.

My stomach was spinning at the end…

36th Sitting 11/02/2013

Liz was still feeling a little unwell this week. She was tired and lacking energy but decided she would sit.

Dan was still away.

I was feeling quite spaced out before sitting this week and had heard a few clicks in the house just after I arrived.

I’d repaired the red light and we decided Liz would put it on again after the forth tune.

As usual Liz sat at the far end of the room and I sat unrestrained in the closed cabinet.

Liz opened in prayer at 8.30pm.

After about 15 minutes a few noises started in the cabinet.

Liz… ‘Hello, welcome’

‘All is well, all is in order. We hold him well. All is normal, good, good, it all take time for us to go towards… it all takes time. We know we can achieve what we have in our mind to. It all come together when we are all in the room together. It all come to… when we are all here…’

Liz… ‘That’s good… I can feel you’

‘We all work on keeping a deeper state for us to work in…’

Voice changed, it was louder but mostly incoherent…

Liz… ‘Is that someone else coming through?’

‘Different energy come through. We all try to come through in our turn so we will come in a different way… It all help with our own experimentation at this stage… just words…’

Liz… ‘It’s good to hear you’

The voice changed again and was difficult to understand at first…

‘Always here. He knows we all here in our own way… come through in our own way…’

Liz had noticed a light moving up and down to the left of the cabinet while the communicators were speaking.

The forth tune had ended so Liz turned on the red light dimly.

Liz saw a few dim lights moving around in front of the cabinet.

She felt there was energy moving out from the cabinet into the room.

After the red light had been on for about 10 minutes. Some noises started in the cabinet.

A few ‘hellos…’ followed by more incoherent words.

Sounded like Little One.

The voice changed…

‘Always in contact… always able to assist with… it always…’

More incoherent words.

Liz… ‘Are you practising?’

‘We have voice… to get hold of the voice so we can bring our own thought through. Each time we come close we have more contact of a purer…’

Words became unclear again…

‘Time now to turn your light down thank you and if you can increase volume slightly more now thank you’

Liz turned off the red light and turned up the music.

The next 30 minutes remained quiet in the cabinet.

Liz was aware of familiar presences in the room including an eagle which moved next to her. She felt like she was part of it.

As the last two tunes played Liz reminded the team to draw back.

I was back with it.

The cabinet looked green with white speckles inside.

I’d been in and out of it during the sitting.

At the beginning I felt a lot of stuff around my head and face. It felt almost like I’d had a bucket of custard poured over me!!! I also felt a pulling on both ear lobes like there was something heavy attached to them.

I remembered seeing a man standing in front of me with a pipe in his mouth then soon after I felt like I had a pipe in my mouth.

I’d felt quite warm during the sitting but afterwards was very cold.

It was a cold evening...

35th Sitting 07/02/2013

This week we sat on Thursday as we had swapped days with the Mercury Star Circle.

Liz had a tickly cough but felt well enough to sit. Dan was still away so it was just Liz and me.

We were planning on turning on the red light again after the forth tune but while Liz was doing the opening prayer the red light went off by its self and later when she tried to turn it on it remained off so we sat in full black-out throughout this week.

After about five minutes there were a few noises from the cabinet.

A few words were said but it was mainly incoherent except for what sounded like…

‘Old boy… come down to you’

Liz welcomed him and we think it’s the same person who spoke through me in the MSC last Monday.

Liz was aware of a few black shapes flitting past her.

She perceived them as black cats.

Then Liz felt like she was in an energy space with lots of figures moving around her.

It felt to her like she was under water or perceiving things in a different reality.

Some more noises and words came from the cabinet.

Again they were not understandable and possibly the same entity…

For the next 50 minutes all was quiet from the cabinet and apart from two loud clicks in the room heard by Liz and picked up on the recorder, there was no noticeable phenomena.  

I had drifted completely out of it. I have a vague memory of some of the tunes playing but mainly my memories were of having dreams. Most faded from my memory when I came back except for one of being just outside the séance room in the area under the stairs. I also remember being given a gold coloured figure of a man in robes about one foot high, and also a piece of material that had various animal drawings on it.

My head had been forward off the seat throughout and my hands had pins and needles from being in the same position.

Liz had felt a familiar presence over shadow her briefly but she stayed with it.

As the last two tunes played Liz reminded the team that it was coming up to time to draw back.

I was back with it by then.

Liz checked I was okay then did the closing prayer.

Before we went upstairs for our tea and cake I checked over the red light which appeared to have a loose connection as it came back on after wiggling the wire.

I’ll get it sorted before our next sitting which will be back to Monday next week.

34th Sitting 28/01/2013

Dan’s away for three weeks now so it was just Liz and me.

Liz sat in the same place and we decided to continue with the red light experiment after the first four tunes.

I’d been feeling quite spaced out since about 7.00pm and then my stomach stated churning when I first sat in the cabinet.

Liz opened at 8.30pm.

After about ten minutes Liz reported seeing dim lights moving around the room.

After another five minutes a few noises started up from the cabinet.

A mixture of incoherent words plus the usual…

‘All here in room… Hello… How are you?’

And then… ‘We work, and we come back later…’

The forth tune ended and Liz put on the red light.

She saw sparks above the cabinet.

Then she saw a three dimensional transparent shape in front of the cabinet with a few white wispy bits.

After about ten minutes of red light a few voice noises came from the cabinet…

‘…Make this tune last for red light… turn off after this tune… thank you’

Liz… ‘Okay’

Liz was now seeing several dark shapes, one scuffling across the floor, one coming out of the cabinet moving to the side. She’d not seen this phenomena before.

‘We are doing different things this evening… would you say phenomena is different this week?’

Liz… ‘Yes…’

Liz turned out the light and a few noises continued in the cabinet.

Liz noticed that the room then became very dark with no noticeable phenomena for the next 40 minutes until the end.

As the last tunes were playing Liz had a vision of someone with a white ‘Fez’ type hat on.

Liz asked the team to draw back and called me back after the last tune.

She then put the red light on and said the closing prayer.

I felt they had been working on taking me deeper this week.

I’d been in and out of it and the time had gone very quick.

I remembered seeing various images but couldn’t now recall what they were except seeing a long dark coloured flower above me which tipped spilling some kind of liquid into my mouth???

I also remembered a cool breeze over my face at some point during the evening.

Liz had noticed an enteric smell in the room at times during the evening.

Her throat had been tickly all day and she could feel something in it affecting her voice.

At one point she felt like she was going to be overshadowed but she resisted going off as she felt she needed to stay with it as the only witness…

33rd Sitting 21/01/2013

During the afternoon before our sitting Liz had done a short meditation/cleansing exercise in the garage.

Liz and Dan sat as usual against the back wall while I was unrestrained in the closed cabinet up the other end.

We decided to do the red light experiment for the third time this week putting it on after the forth tune then waiting further instructions from the cabinet.

I’d been feeling very spaced out and yawny since arriving.

Liz opened at 8.30 and put the music on while Dan turned the red light out.

After about 10 minutes Liz commented that it had been very dark in the room but she was now seeing cobwebby effects and shapes moving around.

She said it was like looking at sun light under water.

A few noises started up in the cabinet with the usual ‘All are here… hello, hello… all in the room’

It seemed like they were trying hard to say other words but apart from a brief ‘How are you’ it was incoherent.

Dan was seeing bright pin pricks…

Five minutes later there was more experimenting and attempts to say words from the cabinet…

The forth tune ended and Dan turned on the red light.

Liz saw a flash to the right of the cabinet.

Dan could see something flashing on and off there too.

Then they both saw dim lights moving around on the cabinet curtain.

Some lip smacking and stuttering voice sounds started up in the cabinet.

‘Purple, purple… stable…’

‘Keep light on for this song and at the end of this song turn light off once more, thank you’

Liz/Dan… ‘Thank you’

The song ended and Dan turned the light out.

Dan could see bright stars all over the room. This could have been caused by going from red light to full blackout but Dan later said he hadn’t noticed it in the past.

A few minutes later Liz commented that the room had gone darker and Dan agreed.

Liz felt some thumps on the back of her chair.

Then she felt a cool breeze over her legs which she thought a bit odd as she had a blanket and thick trousers on her legs.

Dan’s legs were cold.

Dan started to drift off for the next 20 minutes. He later said that he still had a slight awareness of the music playing. He felt like he had gone through an archway into a room that he recognised but couldn’t think where it was.

About the same time I was becoming more ‘out of it’ in the cabinet. I remember seeing several faces, some head on and some in profile. They seemed to be two dimensional and looked like old photos. Then I saw the trumpet but it was different as it was amber in colour and transparent.

As the last few tunes were playing another communicator slowly came through in the cabinet…

‘Thank you for the… yes; the energies in the room tonight were smooth, gentle. We thank you for your help this afternoon with the blending, the cleansing of our room. It produced a more gentle, constant energy that we could use more beneficially. We would suggest that each week, if you can, you repeat what you do in the room before we sit. It need not be for very long, just a few thoughts in your own way sent into the room will be sufficient for us to use the energies that are created when you do this… Now we leave, we leave you with a piece of our love to take with you and we look forward to returning once again next week’

Liz… ‘We look forward to it too’

‘Thank you both for all of the energies you’ve provided. Each part of your energy has contributed to the whole. We take pieces from each of you which we use, which we build, which we can develop. In your energy we develop so thank you for the constant journey…’

The communicator faded out and I started to come back.

Liz and Dan thought the room had gone very dark and cold.

I was back but feeling spaced out. The cabinet seemed very light and milky and I could just about see my hands moving when I waved them in front of my face.

Dan put the red light on dimly and Liz did the closing prayer by which time I was fully back.

During the evening inside the cabinet it had fluctuated between light and dark. I’d felt a touch on my foot and felt something very cold coming out the side of my mouth. It had a strong taste.

I had been warm most of the time but different parts of me had felt cold and fuzzy at times.

The energy had felt very smooth and constant all evening to me and when I was fully back I felt good like I’d had some healing.

Dan also commented that the energy had felt particularly good this evening.

Liz had got a strong sense of the three of us being very harmonious in the energy and the potential being good...

32nd Sitting 14/01/2013

We were all back at the garage for our second sit of the year.

Both Liz and I had felt very tired and yawny that afternoon.

About 20 minutes before the start of our sitting I had become very spaced out and my lips felt fuzzy but my stomach felt fine this week.

Liz and Dan sat as always at the far end of the garage and I sat unrestrained in the closed cabinet. We hadn’t charged up the luminous end of the trumpet this week as it can be distracting when trying to see phenomena.

We decided to sit as last week in black-out for the first four songs and then to put the red light on dimly until further instructions from the cabinet.

Liz opened at 8.30pm. She put the music on and Dan turned out the red light.

About 10 minutes after opening there were a few lip-smacking noises from the cabinet then some speaking and voice experimentation…

‘Good evening… All here, in room… Love in your room, heal with love… We bring our love into room… We bring ourselves with love into your room’

Liz said it was getting lighter around the trumpet.

Dan could see a glow round the trumpet.

Liz could feel shapes in the darkness. She said it was like patterns of light you get when swimming under water.

A few minutes later the atmosphere changed.

Dan said the glow around the trumpet had dispersed and Liz was now seeing blobby bits of light flashing on and off around the room.

More voice noises from the cabinet…

‘Nearly time, nearly time for…’

Liz… ‘…for red light on?’

‘Yes…’

Dan… ‘Yes we know friend…’

‘Yes you know, you know, ha, ha…’

Dan… ‘Thanks for reminding me… I could do with you at work, ha, ha…’

‘Just gentle reminder, gentle reminder… Look out for any phenomena when we have red light on. Report back what you see. We will be most interested to know… thank you’

Dan… ‘Okay, will do, yes thank you’

The fourth tune ended and Dan put the red light on dimly.

Liz saw a few flashes almost immediately.

Then she saw a spiral going up the cabinet just like she had last week. She described it as a plat.

Dan was seeing swishes and movement like shooting stars and shadows.

Then his legs got very cold.

Liz could see a wispy grey mist over the cabinet.

She saw what she described as fluid energy change into lines, like columns of energy.

Dan said he could see this as well.

Liz was also aware of movement to the right of the cabinet.

Then Liz saw a blob come out the bottom of the cabinet curtain and towards her. She then experienced a heavy stomach and pulling pains which she likened to period pains which lasted a few seconds.

Dan saw something shoot out the top of the cabinet then saw light and flashes along the top.

Liz could also see flashes along the top.

Liz’s left foot suddenly went hot.

Liz saw a green/blue ‘S’ shape line going down the front of the cabinet.

Then she saw something snaking across the floor towards her right leg which made it go cold.

Lip-smacking and voice noises from the cabinet…

‘Hello, hello…’

‘Have you enjoyed seeing phenomena?’

Liz… ‘Nothing very clear… just sort of vague…’

‘We have brought phenomena into room… you will see the beginning of what we have produced… Time now to extinguish the red light again’

Dan… ‘Okay friend, no problems’

‘And if you can raise the volume of the music for a few songs… raise energies’

Dan… ‘Thank you friend’

Liz turned the music up.

After this I became very still and felt myself going deeper. I still had an awareness of the music playing but my body felt more relaxed and at times tingly. It was a kind of mind awake body asleep state.

Both Liz and Dan felt their noses becoming blocked.

Liz saw a lot of light coming towards her from the trumpet flooding her eyes. It came in waves and was yellow in colour. She felt like she was being sucked into it and saw a face in it.

Some more voice sounds from the cabinet. The words were incoherent and became high pitched.

The last two tunes were playing…

Liz… ‘Friends we’re getting towards the end of our session… but if you’ve got anything you want to say to us before you go you’re very welcome, we’d love to hear you’

‘Thank you, we have no more energy to use, we have been… good work done today. We no more can come through so we say thank you for your energies… now we go, till next time’

Liz/Dan… ‘Okay, thank you for sharing with us… good bye’

Both Liz and Dan thought the room had now gone darker.

The music had finished.

I was still feeling a bit spaced out.

Liz had a strong smell.

Dan put the red light on then Liz did the closing prayer and sent out healing by which time I was fully back.

As Liz said the prayer I noticed the cabinet fill with a white light. It came from behind me and filled the whole cabinet then faded as Liz finished.

We were all now very cold; it was a cold evening outside.

I had felt warm in the cabinet during the sitting but had noticed a very cold feeling coming from my right when each communicator drew close.

When the red light was on I had been aware of white light through my closed eyes. I also saw waves of blobby yellow light going down towards the floor which tied up with when Liz had seen a blob of light come out from under the curtain and towards her.

Once we were all back with it we went upstairs for tea ‘n’ cake and a warm up…

31st Sitting 07/01/2013

We were back for our first Mercury Light séance of 2013.

Earlier that day I had asked Syann if she’d had any more thoughts on us sitting in red light and a few minutes later I had a ‘Clyde inspired’ email suggesting we put the red light on after the first four tunes then to wait for further instructions from the cabinet.

I’d been feeling quite spaced out since about 6.00pm and my stomach was spinning. I had the feeling the team were very excited about tonight. That morning while I was half asleep I’d experienced something like a broom handle being pushed into my stomach which was a bit of a worry but at the same time I had the feeling it was okay so drifted back off to sleep. I’ve been told in the past by Clyde that they do work on me during sleep and I’ve sometimes woken up feeling stuff going on in my throat but I’d never experienced anything like that before!!!

We sat as usual with Dan and Liz up the far end while I was unrestrained in the closed cabinet.

Liz opened at 8.30pm, put the music on and turned out the red light.

My stomach was still spinning and rumbling.

After ten minutes Liz reported seeing blue light in the centre of the room.

Dan saw it too saying it looked like a tower of light.

They both saw it bending to the right.

Liz said it looked layered and was forming an arch-way.

Dan agreed.

Then Liz said she could make out someone moving under it looking like a shadow.

Some voice noises and coughing started in the cabinet.

‘All, all… hello, hello… all here… hello, hello… all able to come through…’

Liz… ‘Who are we talking to now?’

‘Whole team… voice for all team’

Liz… ‘Is there one person who’s leading it?’

(voice changed)

‘I can come through on my own’

Liz… ‘Can you tell us who you are?’

‘I have name, I come through each time, each time we sit I come through. I have no name, no name but I will become more familiar with you in time’

Liz… ‘That’s good, we recognize your voice’

‘I will in time give you a name for you to know me by but now it is not possible to generalize a name… But be aware that I am always here and at forefront of conversation’

Liz/Dan… ‘Okay, very good’

Dan said there was now a lot of light in the room.

Liz saw it more near the trumpet and above the cabinet.

A couple of minutes after the last communicator had withdrawn Dan could hear a soft voice in the cabinet and Liz turned down the music.

The voice got louder…

‘Dear friends, we look forward to using red light, yes, after song, after this song, good, good, good…’

Dan… ‘Yes, we haven’t forgotten, ha, ha…’

‘No, no, I know you have not forgotten, I just wanted to say that we are looking forward to what you will see… We will instruct when you are to turn the red light off again, thank you’

Dan/Liz… ‘Okay, thank you’

Dan felt a chill round his legs.

He felt there was a lot of energy in the room.

Liz was seeing little flashes and lines of light.

Liz was aware of a blob of light which became a fog above the healing book to her right.

Dan thought the room had become darker.

The fourth tune came to an end and Liz put the red light on.

Liz thought the cabinet was looking wobbly/wavy.

Dan didn’t think so.

Then Liz said she could see a kaleidoscope like a spiral in front of the cabinet. It made her feel giddy.

Dan could also see the spiral.

Liz saw a moving blob about head height and moving light like clouds of cotton wool.

After about ten minutes of red light there were some noises from the cabinet…

‘Well, are you seeing phenomena from red light?’

Liz… ‘We’ve seen a spiral of light in the middle of the cabinet going right the way up and balls of light. Some light phenomena, nothing very clear, and some coming out into the room’

‘Keep the light for one more song then turn light off, thank you, very pleased that you are seeing something at this stage. We will try this again next time’

Liz… ‘Was that, seeing a spiral of light, was that… I suppose that’s a leading question isn’t it, whether what that was…’

‘All things what you are seeing are leading up to further phenomena in this room. It’s the beginnings. We are doing what we can with available energy but we are well aware that in future more energy will be available for greater phenomena’

Liz… ‘I sense a green light about two thirds of the way up the cabinet now… sort of heart shape’

‘We appreciate all your observations, thank you’

(The song ended)

Liz… ‘One more song after this?’

‘Now time, turn off now’

Dan… ‘Okay, we’re turning it off now’

‘Thank you’

Liz drifted off for a while and found herself being drawn into a tunnel.

I became very still and relaxed in the cabinet. I felt an increasing pressure on the top of my head which was making me feel even more spaced out but I still had an awareness of the music playing.

Dan was seeing a few orbs in the room.

He felt some tickles in his hair and then something running down the side of his face.

Liz was very hot and felt prickles in her abdomen.

Dan was cold.

There were some more noises from the cabinet.

There was a high pitched voice and Liz encouraged it forward.

The voice changed. There were some incoherent words and then…

‘All around you is beauty. Even in darkness you will perceive beauty, it will allow your mind to create beauty in your room, uncluttered by your vision, your vision in light. You will perceive beauty from within, from within your own mind, your own self. You will create; you will build picture in your mind… Now look into the dark, what do you see?... Can you not see a vision of a landscape… green fields… trees… water… All these things are within you. All these things are inside of you, they can be found. You can find within yourself all these things and bring them out into your vision. It is a creation of yourself in our energy that we bring forward into the room. It enables you to create your own beauty in the room. It is close to how we can perceive these things. We have our own way of creating our own environments. When you are in our energy you too can do this. Each time you sit you will find it easier to bring forward your own beauty’

Dan had seen fields and a copse while the communicator was speaking.

Liz could see sloping rooftops covered in a green moss and she felt she was being inspired with imagery and poetry.

Another communication as the last two tunes played.

‘It all come to end now… Thank you for coming again to our little meeting which we all have here each week. We look forward to a new year building up each week. Thank you for patience and dedication… We leave now. We leave you with our love and we look forward to bringing it back next week when we sit again… thank you’

Liz asked the spirit team to draw back as the last tune was now playing.

When it finished she checked that both Dan and I were back.

I still felt a bit light headed but was fully back by the time she had done the closing prayer.

It had been and excellent start to the new year…

On the 3rd of January I had a sit with Syann during which my 'old friend' answered a few questions about my development...

Me… ‘When I sit myself I’m always more or less aware still so I’m in a kind of light trance. Is that something that will be worked on in the future so I’ll be taken deeper or will the spirit team wish to work with me in that way?’

‘I believe they are working on your depth of consciousness too but as ever and as we have previously discussed this will take time’

Me… ‘So what’s the best thing for myself to do in those circumstances when I know that I am aware but they are working with me. Is there anything I should do or should I just leave it to the spirit team to work with me?’

‘Just leave it to your team… As soon as you affect your conscious mind into the proceedings you will block what they are trying to achieve whether you realize it or not… easier said than done isn’t it?’

Me… ‘Yes, that’s true. I suppose it’s just a case of keep on sitting and practicing and…’

‘That is absolutely correct… with time and patience’

Me… ‘I believe it was you who originally said that you think of it more as a joint communication, part myself and part the communicator and just allow that to happen and then eventually the communicator will take over completely’

‘That is correct, the level of consciousness that you achieve regardless of it’s depth will allow communications to come through even if the sub-conscious mind is affecting what is being said the essence of the communication will never the less be accurate’  

Me… ‘Sometimes I’ve found that when I’ve been sitting I get an idea in my head of what a communication is going to be and then in about half an hours’ time a communication will come through which will be very much on the subject that I’ve just had come though my head… can you explain what’s happening there?’

‘You must think of your mind as one of your television boxes my friend and you’ll receive the communication in and then the communication will be relayed out. Currently there may be a slight delay experienced in the communication that is produced’

Me… ‘Yes that makes sense’

‘As your team take more hold of your consciousness that delay will lessen so the communication will be instant and purer. The essence of the communication will always be pure. The exact nature of the communication may vary but the essence of what is being said will get through’

Me… ‘So the meaning will be from spirit but the actual words used… ‘

‘…may not necessarily be exactly what is being communicated through you’

Me… ‘Yes I suppose using words is something you have to become used to doing again when you talk like you are now’

‘That is right, and it is not only the words that we have to use, we have to lower the speed in which they are received’

Me… ‘What the speed they are received to the medium?’
